1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped small onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 envelope taco seasoning (or ¼ cup)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups (or more) crushed tortilla chips
2 cups shredded Cheddar or Jack

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown beef, drain. Add onion, garlic powder, seasoning, and tomato sauce; mix and set aside. Combine sour cream and cottage cheese in separate bowl.

Place ½ crushed chips in bottom of greased 2 ½ qt. casserole. Add meat to cover chips. Cover with ½ sour cream mixture. Sprinkle with ½ cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 30-35 minutes until cheese melts and casserole is heated through. Serve with salsa.
