cup thinly sliced green onions (optional if you dont have them on hand)
cup crumbled feta cheese
cup chopped fresh dill
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
3 Tbl. Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbl. Extra-virgin olive oil
1 Tbl. Cold water
tsp. salt
tsp. minced garlic
1 cup uncooked orzo

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, drain and rinse with cold water; drain again. Combine pasta, onions, cheese, dill and chickpeas in a large bowl, tossing gently to combine. Combine juice and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Drizzle over pasta mixture; toss gently to coat.

Ive been known to bring this to park dayits that easy to make! And it wont kill you if its left outdoors for a while, making it perfect picnic food.
