2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
cup butter, softened
1 cup flour
tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 (6 oz.) jar stuffed green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream the cheese and butter together. Add flour, salt and paprika to cheese mixture and blend well.

Use one tablespoon cheese dough to form a ball around each olive. (Puffs may be placed on cookie sheet, frozen, then put in a Ziploc in the freezer at this point.)

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (slightly longer if frozen). Serve hot.

Makes 36 puffs.
