4 whole chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch squares
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Dip chicken squares in melted butter, then into crumb mixture. Place in a single layer on non-greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes - serve hot or cold.
