Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup lemon juice
6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (any type will do)
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped rosemary
2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in whatever you like to marinate your meat in. Whisk together 1/4 cup lemon juice, 4 Tbsp. mustard and black pepper. Pour over chicken, cover and chill at least 2 hours and up to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Melt butter in heavy small saucepan over medium heat. Add rosemary, garlic and remaining 1/4 cup lemon juice and 2 Tbsp. mustard. Simmer basting sauce 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. This can be made up to 4 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature.
Prepare BBQ (medium heat). Rewarm basting sauce. Spoon 3 Tbsp. into small bowl and reserve. Place chicken on rack. Cover BBQ and grill 2 minutes. Uncover and grill until cooked through, basting occasionally with sauce from pan, about 5 min. per side. Transfer chicken to platter. Brush with reserved sauce and serve.

Personal Notes:
I serve this with a green vegetable and rice. This chicken recipe is incredibly tender and good. One of Colin's favorites by Bon Appetit Best Entertaining Recipes book.
