Ingredients:  
Beat 1 egg white with 1 Tbsp. water
Add 1 lb. of nuts to egg mixture and coat well.

Mix in together:
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground clove
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry mixture and add to the nut mixture. Coat well. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so. Let cool then store in an air tight container.

This one I make around the holidays. They are great to have on hand for company or taking in a baggy to the ski slopes.
