6 Roma Tomatoes
3 Tbl. Fresh basil
3 Tbl. Fresh garlic
10 ea. Greek olives
2 Tbl. Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
Ĺ lb Basil Tomato Feta Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove seeds from tomatoes. Dice in small pieces (drain tomoatoes and save juices from tomatoes to add later if mix turns out to be dry) Add chopped (fine) basil, garlic and greek olives. Mix in balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Add crumbled feta cheese.

Serve on toasted baguettes, or serve as a spread with Italian breads.
