Pie:
3 cups apples, peeled and diced
cup sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
cup sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/8 cup butter
3 Tbsp. flour

1 unbaked 9 pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.

Combine apples, sugar, and flour. Add the egg, buttermilk, and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Bake for 30 minutes.

Topping:

Cut together all ingredients with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on hot pie. Bake for 10 more minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
