2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb sweet Italian sausage
1 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
cup onions, diced
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
28 oz chopped tomatoes, drained
1 cups Half n half
tsp. salt
12 oz bow tie pasta (furfalle)
3 Tbsp. parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and pepper flakes. Cook until sausage is no longer pink. Add onion and cook until tender, then drain the grease. Add garlic and cook a few minutes. Add tomatoes, cream, and salt. Simmer until it thickens. Let cook for 45 minutes.

Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
