2/3 cup flour
cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt (optional)
2/3 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 cups blueberries, cleaned and washed

Directions:
Directions:
This quick dessert takes about 10 minutes of preparation time.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk, and mix the batter until smooth.

Pour the melted butter into a 1 or 1 quart casserole dish. Pour in the batter, and sprinkle the blueberries on top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until it is lightly browned. Serve warm with ice cream.
