1 med. onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 ancho chile, chopped (seeds and stems removed)
1 tsp. cumin
1 T. olive oil
6oz. white corn tortillas torn by hand
6 c. chicken broth
3oz. masa harina
1 c. cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, garlic, chile, jalapeno, and cumin in olive oil. Add tortillas and chicken stock. Simmer 20 minutes. Add masa harina and cook 10 minutes more. Add cilantro last and blend well. Season with salt and pepper.
*Extra garnishes - cheese, avocados, sour cream, green onions, and tri colored tortilla chips.
