2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
2 cups bananas, mashed
4 eggs
1 cup veg. shortening
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, salt, and baking soda. In a large bowl, mix together shortening, sugar, bananas, eggs, and walnuts. Add dry ingredients and stir until batter is blended.

Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes, or until toothpick is clean. Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes. Turn out onto rack to cool completely.
