1 T butter
4 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. parsley or cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. basil, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. capers
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup cream
freshly ground pepper to taste

Melt butter in a sauce pan. Gently sauté the garlic, parsley and basil, occasionally stirring. Add the chicken broth and simmer uncovered to reduce by half. Stir in horseradish, capers, and soy sauce. Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes until the cream thickens. Season with pepper according to taste.

Cook beef tenderloin on grill and serve with sauce.
