1 cup chopped vidalia or sweet onion
2 cups crush Ritz crackers
1 stick melted oleo
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 8 oz sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the oleo and mix with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of crushed crackers. Press this crust to the bottom of your pie pan.

Mix the chopped onions with the soup and sour cream.

Pour mixture into the pie crust and cover the remaining crushed crackers.

Bake in the over at 350 for 30 minutes or until mixture begins to bubble and onions are soft.
