Hummus Recipe

2 cans garbanzo beans (reserve liquid)
½ cup toasted sesame seeds
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup lime juice
¼ cup tahini (sesame paste)
¼ cup lemon juice
olive oil

pita bread

In a food processor, purée the garlic, then add everything else except paprika, olive oil, and pita bread. Slowly add enough reserved liquid to make a smooth paste.

Put into serving bowl and sprinkle paprika on top. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil to make it look good.

Cut pita bread into quarters and serve with hummus.
