1 c flour
1 c sour milk
1 t baking soda
2 eggs
1 T sugar
c. blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking soda, and sugar. Stir in the sour milk beaten with the eggs. Beat the mixture until smooth. If you like thin pancakes, add a little more milk. Stir in the blueberries.

Fry pancakes on a hot griddle. When the pancake bubbles all over, flip it. Serve with honey, honey butter, or syrup.
