2 cans kidney beans (drained)
2 cans pinto beans (drained)
1 can mild Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. chili powder
1 T. cumin
1 T. garlic powder
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 small yellow onion

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a pan and drain. Dice up onion and soften with grease from meat. In a large pot add all ingredients with the meat and onion. Stir well.
*Add more chili powder for more heat, or the hotter Rotel. If you don't like it soupy, add a smaller can of tomato sauce.

I like to make mash potatoes and put some on the bottom of the bowl, then pour chili on top. Top with cheese and Red Hot, or Tabasco for a kick.
