Butter (lightly salted)

Directions:
Directions:
If you have room temperature butter, just lightly butter the bread slices and skip to the next step. Use these directions for refrigerated butter: In LARGE skillet, melt 2 T. butter. Drag slices of bread to lightly coat one side of bread. Assemble a plate sandwich ingredients so they are ready to grill; 2 slices bread, buttered sides together with a slice of cheese on top for each sandwich needed. Put sandwich in the skillet to grill; making sure the buttered sides are out and the cheese is between the slices. For grilled ham and Cheese sandwiches, add a slice of ham with the cheese between the slices. Grill until LIGHTLY grilled. Serve with Tomato Soup.
