2 cugs sugar
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups wesson oil
4 whole eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup pecans

Frosting:
1 box powder sugar
1 oz cream cheese
1 stick oleo
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix about 3 minutes with electric mixer. Add 1 cup pecans. Bake 350 (*no time noted on recipe)

Frosting: Let cream cheese and oleo soften at room temperature. Mix all ingredients together - spread on cooled cake.
