7 oz jar marshmellow creme 3 egg whites 1 cup sugar 3 Tspn water 1/2 tsp cream of Tartar 1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients except vanilla. Cook in double boiler 2 to 7 minutes. Beat while cooking with electric mixer. Add vanilla when frosting stands in peaks. Frosting will frost a two layer cake or a sheet cake.
