1 1/2 C brown sugar 1/2 C shortening 1 egg 1 C sour milk 2 C flour 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. salt 2 C rhubarb
Mix all ingredients together except rhubarb. Take half the batter and put in greased pan. Put rhubarb on top. Add remaining batter. Sprinkle with 1/3 C sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Bake @ 350º in a 9x13 pan for 50 minutes.
