Green leaf lettuce, as much as you like or need
4-5 ozs. evaporated milk
1 oz. vinegar
sugar to taste
chopped nuts
bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Tear up the lettuce into a sald bowl. In a small mixing bowl combine the milk, vinegar, and sugar. Dress the salad and sprinkle with nuts and bacon bits.
