3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 lg. can of evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with condensed milk, and pumpkin. Combine the dry ingredients including the sugar in a seperate bowl. Slowly add to the pumpkin mixture until thoroughly combined and smooth. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and cover the edges of the crust before baking (to ensure that it won't get too brown). Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40 minutes more or until knife inserted comes out clean.
