2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lard (original recipe called for 'Star Lard')
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and sift dry ingredients. Work in the lard, using your fingertips. Then add liquid, mixing with a knife. Roll or pat out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut and bake close together on a shallow pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 425-450.
