4 boneless, skinless breasts
1/2 stick margarine
2 tomatoes cubed
2 avocados cubed
2 tablespoons parsley
12 ounces mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
SautÚ chicken in margarine - add parsley, salt & pepper to taste. Place tomato and avocado in 9 X 13 inch dish. Top with chicken and margarine - then cheese - bake at 350║ for 10 minutes.
