1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons water
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Brush skin of chicken with cooking oil - pour marinade over chicken. Bake at 375 for 90 minutes. Cook 2 large potatoes grated, 6 medium carrots, 2 medium apples.
