1 c. chopped pecans
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. dark rum
Butter Rum sauce:
1 stick butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. rum

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Sprinkle the pan with pecans. In a bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, milk, oil and rum. Pour into bundt pan and bake 350 for 1 hour. Cool and invert. In a sauce pan melt butter with water, sugar and rum. Prick holes into the cake and drizzle butter rum all over letting it sink in slowly.

This is my personal favorite Christmas dessert. I love it for breakfast too with coffee. The aromas from the oven and the butter rum on the stove, make mouths water from miles around! It's lip smacking good. Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm
