1 12 oz. package semisweet chocolate morsels
1 14 oz. Sweetened Condensed milk
2 T. butter
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 10 1/2 oz pkg. miniature marshamallows

Directions:
Directions:
Melt morsels with condensed milk on the stove. Remove from heat. In a large bowl, mix nuts and marshmallows, fold in chocolate mixture. Spread in a waxed 13x9" pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.
