9" pie shell
1 cup sugar
2/3 c. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. nutmeg
strawberries
4-5 stalks rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425. In a bowl mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, and egg. Add cut berries and rhubarb and turn into pie shell. You can use another pie crust for the top or make a simple crumb topping. Cover edges with foil and bake for 45 min. Remove foil for another 10 min in oven. Let cool.
Crumb topping:
flour, butter and brown sugar. Mix by hand into a crumb topping.
