3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil, or Crisco
1 qt. buttermilk
1-2 T. sugar
*You can use 5 T. of melted butter instead of oil
**For waffles, add an additional T. of sugar

Mix all ingredients together and put on a hot griddle.
