Orange Pie Filling:
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Grated rind from 1 Sunkist orange
1 c. Sunkist orange juice
Juice 1/2 Sunkist lemon
2 T. butter
3 egg yolks
8 Minute Meringue:
3 egg whites
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1/6 c. sugar
Grated Sunkist lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Pie Filling: Mix sugar, flour, salt and grated rind. Add the fruit juices and cook in a double boiler for 10 minutes, stirring until thickened and afterward occasionally. Add the butter and egg yolks and beat slightly; cook for two minutes more then cool. Put in a crust that has been baked slightly in a tin pie plate. Cover with 8-minute meringue and bake.
Meringue: Beat the egg whites until stiff then gradually add the powdered sugar, beating vigorously. Fold in sugar and grated lemon rind. Top the pie with meringue, being sure to seal the eges. Bake in a moderate oven, 350, for 8 minutes.
