8 T. Lard
2 c. sifted pastry flour
1 tsp. salt
cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Method: Mix and sift dry ingredients. Cut in lard with knife and then use your fingertips. Moisten with cold water, and when well mixed, toss on slightly floured board and divide. Roll out lower crust and fit into pie tin. Make incisions in top. Cover pie, trim and bake for about 45 minutes in a moderate oven. (I think 425-450)
