1 c. cold water
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed millk
1 1.4 oz. package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 8 oz. block cream cheese
1 8 oz. tub whipped cream
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. Tia Maria or Kahlua
1 T. instant coffee granules
24 lady fingers (or broken up sponge cake)
3 T. unsweetened cocoa


Directions:

Combine cold water, milk and pudding in bowl and stir well. Chill covered with wrap 30 min. Fold in cream cheese and whipped cream. In a bowl, combine hot water, liquor and coffee. Split ladyfingers lengthwise. Arrange flat side down in trifle bowl, drizzle with 1/2 c. liquor mixture. Spread 1/3 pudding mix over and sprinkle with cocoa. Repeat layers ending with cocoa. Cover and chill 8 hours.

Tiramisu translates to "pick me up" and with the combination of chocolate, sugar and coffee, this is quite the "pick me up"!
