! c. Uncle Ben's converted rice (not instant)
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can beef consomme
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all in ingredients, except butter, in an ovenproof casserole dish .Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
