1. brown sugar
4 oz. butter
1/8 c. light corn syrup
2-3 apples peeled and sliced
1 loaf french bread cut 1" thick
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pot, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Simmer until bubbly and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Over lap the sliced apples, then layer with sliced bread.
In a bowl combine, eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over bread mixture and refrigerate over night. Bake 350 for 40 min. Enjoy warm. Serve for breakfast or dessert topped with ice cream.
