Cake:

2 large eggs
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 C. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
4 c. apple (peeled and thinly sliced)

Icing:

2 small packages Philadelphia cream cheese
3 T. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Do not use mixer. Batter will be stiff. Spread into floured and greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve cake with whipped cream or frost with icing.

Icing:

Combine ingredients.
