8 skinless chicken thighs
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken slowly in large pan - remove from pan - set aside. Blend flour and dry ingredients into drippings - cook until bubbly. Add orange juice and water - slowly boil 1 minute. Reheat chicken and sauce to boiling - simmer covered 30 minutes.
