Angel food cake
One 4 oz package of instant pudding (sugar free if you prefer)
One 20 oz. can undrained, crushed pineapple
One Large tub of cool whip. (low fat –if you prefer)

Directions:
Directions:
Either bake or purchase an Angel Food Cake.
Slice in half or in thirds if you prefer. Mix one 4 oz package instant pudding and one 20 ounce can of un drained, crushed pineapple. Add approximately 1 and ˝ cups cool whip of your choice. Spread mixture between the layers. You can substitute sliced strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches or bananas. Different pudding may also be used. i.e., white chocolate or banana cream. Can frost the entire cake with cool whip.

Chill at least one hour.
