1 1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, soft
2 eggs, room temperature
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen, coated with some flour

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and sugar two or three muffin tins. Cream sugar and
butter, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beating 1 min.
after each addition. Add milk, followed by flour, salt and baking
powder. Mix until just combined. Fold in blueberries. Spoon
batter into prepared muffin tins. Sprinkle tops with sugar before
baking at 375 for 15-20 min.
