2 tsp. butter
1/2 c. thinly sliced leek (white only)
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 10 oz package frozen peas
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute leeks until tender. Add broth and peas, cover and cook 10 min. Stir in salt and pepper.
