1 1/2 lbs. asparagus
2 T. rice vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 T. olive oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 T. chopped dry roasted peanuts
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Boil asparagus until al dente.
Blend vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and oils into a whisked dressing. Serve over the asparagus and top with peanuts and sesame seeds.
