1 head of bok choy
mushrooms
sesame oil
wine
scallions
salt and pepper
toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and dice bok choy. Saute in a pan with sesame oil, mushrooms, and wine. When wilted, add scallion and top with sesame seeds. Serve as a side dish.
