1 lb. fresh string beans trimmed
2 T. olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
3 T. julienned sundried tomatos (rinse of oil)
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil string beans in water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a skillet and add garlic and sundried tomatos just a couple of minutes. Add beans to coat, add salt and pepper to taste.
