1 # 2 can crushed pineapple drained. 1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce 1/2 pint sour cream 1/4 cup coarsley chopped pecans salad greens.
Thoroughly combine drained pineapple and cranberry sauce,sour cream and pecans in a bowl. Turn into ice cube tray. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 15-20 min. before serving. Cut into slices and arrange on crisp greens.
