1 9" pie crust
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp butter
6-7 tart apples (cored an sliced about 1/4" thick)
3/4 to 1 c sugar (a pie can never be too sweet - if you are not sure how much sugar to add, err on the side of too much)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and cinnamon. Mix lightly through apples. Pile up into bottom of pastry crust. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust, sprinkle with sugar(to brown) seal crust. Bake @ 450 for 50 to 60 minutes.
