Ingredients:  
1 small onion
1/4 c. butter
14 c. flour
2-3 T. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. light cream
3-4 c. cut cooked chicken
juice of 1/2 lemon
4 c. basmati rice cooked
1 small green pepper
3-4 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter, add flour, curry, ginger and salt. Add broth and cream, cook until thickened. Stir constantly. Add cooked chicken and lemon, heat but don't boil. Serve over rice and sliced eggs.
