1 c. whipping Cream
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Salt - couple shakes
2/3 c. hickory nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & sugar, add to cream and vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder, add to cream mixture.
Then add hickory nuts. Bake at 350 until done.

I would guess a 9 x 13 pan for 30 - 35 minutes...did
not get exact baking instructions...bake until done.
