1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. yeast
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour, sifted

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. I n an electric mixer, mix the ingredients in order given. Add the last 2 c. of flour with a wooden spoon. Knead slightly. Put back in the bowl, cover, and put in the refrigerator for at least one hour or overnight. This recipe can be made for dinner rolls, pecan rolls, stollen, or cinnamon rolls.
