2 T. butter 2 T. flour 1 c. milk 1 c. cheese, grated
In a large bowl, melt butter in the microwave. Stir in flour and then slowly stir in the milk. Microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after every 1 minute. If not thick, microwave a little longer. When thick stir in cheese and serve.
