12 - 14 fresh red chilies
water
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flour
salt
garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place chilies in pan of water and boil for 30 minutes. Cool chilies, peel and chop. In a frying pan, add oil and flour and stir until brown. When brown, add chili, salt and garlic salt and cook until all ingredients are cooked through. Chill and serve.
